Review, edit, and format deposition transcripts to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with client and jurisdictional requirements
Collaborate with court reporters, scopists, proofreaders, and production teams to finalize deposition deliverables, producing up to client delivery
Perform quality control on vendor-provided deposition transcripts, reconciling inconsistencies and following reporter instructions and notes
Ensure deposition transcripts are processed accurately, confidentially, and delivered on deadline
Manage multiple deposition projects simultaneously while meeting strict production timelines
Utilize production software and technology to streamline deposition transcript workflows

Required

Superior grammar, punctuation, and proofreading skills
