Responsibilities
Build trusted relationships with clinicians and understand their goals
Use Adept's matching engine to find high-fit roles quickly
Guide candidates through interviews, offers, and onboarding
Partner with Account Managers and Compliance to ensure fast, flawless starts
Support redeployment and long-term clinician success
Qualification
Required
Experience in healthcare staffing or related high-volume recruiting
Strong communicator with excellent follow-through
Comfortable with new technology and evolving workflows
Relationship-driven, fast-moving, and organized
