Responsibilities
Maintain accurate inventory records and track the movement of materials and products within the facility using cloud-based programs
Load outgoing trucks and unload incoming trucks
Support with periodic physical counts of supply inventory
Receive and clean returned inventory
Perform contents verification
Perform and document functional testing of non-life sustaining medical equipment to ensure that it is operating correctly and meets all quality standards
Operate a forklift to move materials and products within the facility as needed
Operate scissor lift and pallet jack as needed
Dependable, reliable, and punctual
Read and follow work instructions
Assume other duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Basic computer skills (MS Office) and experience with cloud-based programs
Ability to lift and move heavy objects
Familiarity with testing and quality control procedures
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including on-call rotation, evenings and weekends as needed
Preferred
2+ years of experience in a facility or logistics environment preferred
Experience operating a forklift preferred
