Technical Sales Representative
RedBuilt, LLC is a North American leader in engineered wood products and construction systems. They are seeking a Technical Sales Representative to champion their products within the AEC community, develop relationships, and support structural framing solutions from concept to completion.
Responsibilities
Specify efficient structural framing systems with architects and engineers
Conduct lunch-and-learns and product presentations for design and construction professionals
Develop framing concepts, prepare bids, and negotiate project contracts
Educate stakeholders on product applicability and align design intent with RedBuilt™ offerings
Track and input project leads, bids, activities and KPIs using the company CRM
Represent RedBuilt™ at industry associations, meetings, and trade shows
Monitor regional market trends and competitor activity
Qualification
Required
Deep knowledge of construction industry practices and engineered wood systems
Proven ability to read blueprints and design structural framing concepts
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and team-oriented mindset
Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or Business field. Experience commensurate with these fields will be considered
Willingness to travel within the territory and engage with the local AEC community
