Resolving customer issues within a single call, whenever possible
Updating customer information and recording transaction details
Qualification
Required
Must have 2+ years of customer service experience in high-volume phone setting
Must speak Spanish fluently
Must possess excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills in addition to an empathetic and patient demeanor
Must be able to resolve customer issues within a single call, whenever possible
Must possess a thorough understanding of medical terms and/or healthcare and the insurance claim process
Must be comfortable working in multiple systems to update customer information and to record transaction details
Only candidates who live in the Atlanta metropolitan area will be considered since in-office work is required
