They are seeking a seasoned Vice President of Outpatient Services to drive strategy and operations for outpatient clinics, focusing on service delivery, financial management, and collaboration with community partners.

Responsibilities

Drive strategy and operations for outpatient clinics located in Quincy and Marshfield

Lead the team in service delivery, financial management, coordination and integration of care externally and internally, and the motivation and performance of management staff and all clinicians

Create growth opportunities for outpatient teams through collaboration with community partners, such as DCF and schools, as well as various funding sources

Qualification

Required

Strong leadership skills, along with the ability to balance tactical, operational objectives with strategic organizational goals

A minimum of seven years of prior clinical and administrative experience overseeing behavioral health outpatient clinics

At least seven years of experience in a progressive management position

Proven success in the development of behavioral health programs, both internally and externally

Experience in managing and delivering clinical services to children, adolescents, and families

Preferred

A master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, public health, or another relevant mental health discipline is preferred

An independent clinical license is preferred
