Lead projects and manage schedules
Communicate clearly with clients and teams
Guide and influence project direction
Be involved with space planning, programming, and developing creative concepts
Advance design development and prepare detailed construction documents
Qualification
Required
Associate degree or higher in Architecture or related field
Proficiency in Revit and a strong understanding of how buildings come together
Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
Self‑motivated, proactive, flexible
Comfortable working independently or within a team across all phases of project development
Ability to draw and think three‑dimensionally
Familiarity with sustainable design strategies and/or LEED documentation
Preferred
Pursuing licensure (AXP/ARE) registration a plus but not required
Experience with Lumion, BIM360, Procore, and Adobe Creative Suite a plus
