Lead/StaffEmpire Care Centers is seeking a qualified RN Staff Development/Infection Control Coordinator to join their Fayetteville Center for Nursing and Healing. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, providing ongoing professional development for staff, and leading efforts in infection prevention.

Responsibilities
Ensures facility is in compliance with regulatory requirements relating to staff credentialing and education
Provides services associated with ongoing professional development of staff at the facility
Conducts new employee orientation and coordinates competency completion
Ensures for or delivers annual mandatory and continuous education for staff using internal or external resources according to state and federal regulations and company policy
Teaches certain in-house courses, such as the CNA training program, special care unit training, etc
Coordinates employee health program (immunizations, flu shots, physical exams, etc.)
Monitors and ensures current licensure and certifications of facility staff
Maintains employee education, training, and health files
As an Infection Preventionist, you will lead the charge in our compliance efforts with infection prevention requirements
Qualification
Required
Registered Nurse (RN) license
Experience in staff development and infection control
Knowledge of regulatory requirements relating to staff credentialing and education
Ability to conduct new employee orientation and coordinate competency completion
Experience in delivering annual mandatory and continuous education for staff
Ability to teach in-house courses such as CNA training program and special care unit training
Experience in coordinating employee health programs including immunizations and physical exams
Ability to monitor and ensure current licensure and certifications of facility staff
Experience in maintaining employee education, training, and health files
Experience as an Infection Preventionist
