Start in 2026 SummerEndeavor Global is seeking a detailed-oriented and enthusiastic Finance Operations Intern to support the Finance team in analyzing, documenting, and improving financial processes. The role focuses on leveraging AI and automation tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy in finance operations, including expense management and budgeting.

Responsibilities
Financial Workflow Analysis & Documentation: Analyze and document existing finance workflows, including budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and reconciliations, to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement that support the efficiency and accuracy of the Finance team’s operations
Process Improvement & Automation Support: Work closely with the Finance team to propose, test, and help deploy approved solutions designed to reduce manual effort and streamline core finance processes
Ad-Hoc Finance Support: Provide support on additional finance projects and tasks as needed, contributing to the day-to-day operations of the Finance team
Qualification
Required
Rising Undergraduate Junior or Senior
A strong academic background in Business, Finance and/or Accounting
Familiarity with or interest in automation tools
Systems and process driven
Flexibility and ability to plan and prioritize multiple tasks
Experience using Sage Intacct and Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with using Google Suite and automation tools
Experience with documentation and process mapping
Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S
Valid U.S. work authorization for the 2026 year
Preferred
Access to a computer with a reliable internet connection
