Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls from insurance agents and/or policyholders providing excellent customer service
Assist agents via calls or emails with new business guidelines, navigating company sites, applications, walking them through uploading document processes, providing time frames and answering billing questions
Assist policyholders via calls or emails with billing inquiries, payment queries and general questions

Required

Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry
Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish

Knowledge of homeowners insurance policies and regulations a plus
