Qualification
Required
Active Property & Casualty License (Required)
Comfortable spending 3+ hours per day on the phone
Confident, motivated, and goal-driven
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Ability to manage a high-volume sales pipeline independently
Preferred
Prior Allstate experience preferred but not required
