Responsibilities
Support individuals in living their best lives through engaging programs, meaningful relationships, and community involvement
Provide hands-on personal care and ensure high-quality, person-centered active treatment
Train, coach, and support staff to deliver consistent, respectful, and high-quality services
Build positive, professional relationships with parents, guardians, and family members through clear communication, responsiveness, and strong customer service
Serve as a trusted point of contact for families, ensuring questions and concerns are addressed promptly and respectfully
Assist with ICF compliance, documentation, and quality standards
Help ensure safe staffing ratios and step in to cover shifts when needed
Partner closely with the ICF Program Manager to support daily operations
Promote choice, dignity, safety, and inclusion for every person served
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of experience supporting vulnerable populations in a residential setting
Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
Ability to provide hands-on personal care and lead by example
Valid Minnesota Driver's License and acceptable driving record
Ability to pass a MN DHS background study
CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
Preferred
Experience with developmental disabilities or ICF settings
