Responsibilities
Manage user accounts and access across enterprise systems in accordance with security requirements
Support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
Support, troubleshoot and
Set up, support, and maintain conference rooms and collaboration/AV equipment
Manage IT asset tracking, inventory, and lifecycle documentation
Support Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint
Familiarity with ITAR, EAR, NIST 800-series, and CMMC 2.0, supporting increasing security and compliance maturity highly desired, not required
Qualification
Required
Skilled in supporting blended Windows and macOS environments
SaaS applications
Azure AD, Okta
Endpoint management platforms (Intune)
Microsoft 365 support and administration
Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Zendesk or any other similar ticketing system
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer service skills
Awareness of or experience working in regulated or security-focused environments (NIST/CMMC)
Preferred
Familiarity with ITAR, EAR, NIST 800-series, and CMMC 2.0, supporting increasing security and compliance maturity highly desired, not required
