Customer Service Representative II

Responsibilities
Answer phones promptly, schedule appointments efficiently, and contact clients to confirm upcoming visits
Coordinate and manage client appointments while verifying demographics, eligibility, insurance coverage, and required documentation
Maintain accurate, confidential client records using EHR and scheduling systems in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Collect and process client fees, issue receipts, and maintain accurate financial records
Support nursing and clinical staff by preparing paperwork and assisting with daily front desk operations
Perform administrative and clerical duties including data entry, filing, scanning, and preparation of routine reports
Qualification
Required
High school diploma/GED
two (2) years of experience communicating information in a customer service setting
