Responsibilities

Drive operational excellence across the finance and accounting organization by leading process improvement initiatives
Help implement process enhancements that optimize accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
Work with Global Accounting Teams to develop solutions to problems of high complexity
Collect and validate data from various sources, multiple enterprise applications, to monitor business performance and process adoption
Analyze end-to-end accounting processes, evaluate pain points, and develop standardized procedures
Manage process improvement projects and partner closely with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and sustainability of new practices
