Senior Vice President of Sales
80Twenty is a founder-led video collaboration company seeking a Senior Vice President of Sales to build the commercial organization from scratch. The role involves closing deals while creating systems, teams, and playbooks to scale the business.
Responsibilities
Build and execute commercial strategy that drives revenue growth while staying true to mission and principles
Carry individual and team quotas selling into healthcare, creative agencies, architecture/construction, entertainment, media verticals
Grow the team from 1 to 6–10 reps over 12 months
Establish processes: forecasting, pipeline discipline, repeatable playbooks
Build a culture where principle and persistence matter more than politics
Partner directly with the founding team
Turn customer feedback into product influence
Qualification
Required
10+ years B2B SaaS sales experience, with 3–5+ years leading teams
Built and scaled sales organizations in early-stage or high-growth environments
Closed complex deals requiring multi-stakeholder navigation
Created sales infrastructure from scratch—not inherited someone else's playbook
Comfortable when the path isn't clear
Data-driven but not data-obsessed
Preferred
B2B SaaS sales experience (e.g., video collaboration, SaaS infrastructure, or technical products)
Mid-market ($50K–$250K ACV) and enterprise ($250K+) experience
Worked with founders who care more about mission than milestones
Been part of a company that scaled from early revenue to real traction
