The role involves daily transaction entries, processing accounts payable, and supporting month-end close activities.

Responsibilities
Daily review and accurate entry of bank and credit card transactions into the general ledger
Processing of accounts payable transactions in accordance with regulations, policies, practices, and procedures
Supporting month-end close by preparing journal entries and reconciliations
Reconcile general ledger accounts with bank and credit cards
Reconcile revenue streams and prepare related journal entries
Record inventory balances for corporate stores on a monthly basis
Prepare APP payout statements and process payout
Prepare and filing 1099K
Process and prepare employee expense reimbursements on a semi-monthly basis
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel)
Proficiency in QuickBooks (1-2 years)
Strong analytical problem-solving aptitude with creative solutions
Ability to organize work with large amounts of information efficiently
Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously with strong attention to detail
Ability to effectively and professionally communicate, both in writing and verbally, with management, vendors
Able to work as a team player
Open to development of skills and knowledge
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required. An Associates degree in Accounting may be considered with the right experience
Three years of accounting experience is required
