Sales Assistant

Manage a shared inbox and respond to incoming orders or requests
Enter and verify customer orders in the system
Communicate with clients by phone and email to confirm details or resolve issues
Keep accurate documentation of all transactions and updates
Contribute to team projects and provide general support as needed
Qualification
Required
Previous administrative, customer service, or office experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional communication skills (email and phone)
Dependable and punctual — must be able to start no later than 7:30 AM
Ability to work independently and with a small team
