Building and nurturing relationships with clients

Managing client accounts
Conducting market research
Developing sales strategies
Working closely with internal teams to create waste management solutions that meet client-specific needs
Interfacing with clients to understand their challenges and position SES's services to achieve their sustainability objectives

Required

Strong business development and sales skills, including identifying leads, negotiating contracts, and building client relationships

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in client engagement and account management
Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with experience in creating customized solutions
Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field is preferred
Prior experience in waste management, sustainability, or a related industry is a plus
