Senior Salesforce Consultant
The CRM Firm is dedicated to delivering impactful technology solutions and is seeking a Senior Salesforce Consultant to guide clients through project implementation and support. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure solutions meet business needs while fostering strong client relationships and delivering exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities
Contribute to multiple large, complex client projects through all phases of the project lifecycle by working with Senior Consultants, Architects, and Project Managers
Manage multiple client relationships to grow and foster authentic connections with stakeholders while identifying and managing Salesforce projects based on deliverables and milestones
Meet with key stakeholders to understand business objectives, priorities, and expectations for their Salesforce solutions
Propose, design, and implement solutions/upgrades/enhancements to solve client business needs and issues
Document the project's business requirements and ensure all are satisfied during project implementation
Configure, test, and deploy the Salesforce solution and any associated applications aligned with the Statement of Work
Maintain positive and effective communication with the team, clients, and external vendors
Meet with end users to understand and assess user needs
Conduct end-user training for the Salesforce solution and provide necessary implementation documentation
Support team learning by sharing best practices and internal documentation with fellow team members
Adhere to project management standards, including work planning, status reporting, issue and risk management and escalation, managing to-budget and escalate any deviations, etc
Maintain billable time to client work (85%) with minimal write-offs or re-work (less than 5%)
Maintain a deep understanding of Salesforce, including staying informed about new releases and how they can benefit new and existing clients
Serve as a mentor to fellow team members
Report directly to the Senior Consulting Manager or Vice President of Consulting

Qualification
Required
Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Nonprofit Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Consultant, or other consulting-focused certifications required or attainable within 6 months of hire
Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field preferred; OR equivalent years of relevant work experience and/or education required
Minimum of 6 years of professional experience; Experience in the Technology industry, specifically with software implementations, defining business requirements or business processes, and managing client relationships, is preferred
Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Specialty Certifications, on an as-needed basis
Minimum 4+ years of Salesforce configuration and consulting experience required, including or in addition to 2+ years using a CRM, or working in relational databases

Preferred
Experience with all Microsoft Office products
Familiar with collaboration, webinar, and presentation platforms, including but not limited to Teams, Zoom, Slack, and Google Meet
Experience with telecommuting
