Responsibilities

Identify and prospect potential commercial clients in need of asphalt maintenance and repair services
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Conduct on-site assessments and provide accurate project quotes
Collaborate with the sub contractor to ensure seamless project execution
Responsible for managing and quoting federal and state projects
Meet and exceed sales targets and goals

Required

A minimum of five years in direct/outside sales, NOT telemarketing or inside sales
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the asphalt or construction industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Exceptional communication skills are a must
Organizational skills and time management are critical to success
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Must be comfortable working independently
Must be comfortable with various technology platforms
