Responsibilities
Lead outbound outreach and prospecting efforts
Identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities
Create and deliver tailored sales presentations
Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise-level client accounts
Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding client goals, budgets, and timelines
Identify opportunities for account expansion and long-term partnership growth
Collaborate closely with operations, production, and fulfillment teams
Act as a strong team player supporting the Account Executive team
Share best practices, insights, and industry knowledge
Assist with strategic account planning and coverage as needed
Contribute to sales strategy execution
Analyze pricing, margins, and account performance
Use Excel and internal tools to track pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics
Apply sound judgment around promotional products pricing and product selection
Build strong internal and external relationships
Participate in client meetings and presentations
Travel up to 10 percent as needed to support accounts and business development
Qualification
Required
3 to 5 years of experience in the promotional products distribution industry required
Proven experience managing enterprise-level client accounts
Strong new business development background
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excel proficiency required
Comfortable creating and delivering professional sales presentations
Analytical, strategic, and self-motivated
Strong collaborator who thrives in a team-oriented environment
Ability to work primarily on-site in Bucks County with limited hybrid flexibility
