New Grad, Entry LevelQuad is a global marketing experience company dedicated to helping clients succeed. They are currently seeking a part-time weekend platemaker responsible for bending digital plates and maintaining production equipment while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities
Load and unload platemaking materials to and from equipment to bend all size plates for press
Maintain platemaking equipment, including but not limited to daily and weekly processor maintenance, loading or trouble shooting errors
Check plates for Quality
Track or move job components through production using Smart tools
Transporting plates in company vehicle to our Pewaukee plant
General cleanup of the area
Qualification
Required
Appropriate education and/or experience may be substituted on an equivalent basis
Must follow all safety rules in the department along will following all PPE requirements
Valid driver's license
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Occasionally move heavy skids with a pallet jack
Basic working knowledge of computer systems used in Plate room (MAC OS/Windows OS & Imaging Job Control)
Basic Mechanical skills
Flexible Work schedules necessary to meet the production needs – shifts and locations may vary
Basic understanding for workflows and procedures in area
Ability to read, comprehend and write instructions, correspondence and present information when necessary
