Performs regular health assessments

Manages medication administration
Maintains accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation
Qualification
Required
Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a long-term care nurse
Minimum of 2 years of experience in supervisory role
