Responsibilities
Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally
Resolve customer complaints effectively and ensure timely follow-up to guarantee satisfaction
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
Provide accurate information about products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions
Identify trends in customer feedback and report them to management for process improvement
Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and share best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing concepts
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in customer service is a plus
