Responsibilities
Collects requirements from stakeholders and determines best implementation solution
Schedules/attends Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) to discuss/whiteboard design and implementation details
Coordinates implementation approach and timeline with technical and project management staff
Responds and resolves service outages, technical queries, and other system related issues
Installs firmware updates on physical hardware components (i.e. DellEMC, SANs, switches, etc.)
Monitors and troubleshoots the performance of Everfox/Forcepoint products
Engineers, designs, and implements HSG rulesets
Qualification
Required
Collects requirements from stakeholders and determines best implementation solution

Clearance Required: TS/SCI with ability to obtain and maintain a CI poly
Degree and Years of Experience: Bachelor's Degree in a Technical Field and eight (8) plus years of applicable experience
Required Certifications: DoD 8570 IAT Level II certified
Required Skills: Experience with EverFox High Speed Guards
Preferred
Experience working with Cross Domain Solutions and operationally supporting CDSs
Experience developing systems, products, and/or processes based on a total systems perspective
Experience with Linux operating systems; understanding of general operating system security practices, TCP/IP networking, and network security concepts
