Lead managers and supervisors across multiple offices, ensuring consistent, high-quality operations and a seamless service experience firmwide
Focus on people leadership, operational oversight, and process improvement—setting priorities, managing workloads, and supporting business continuity while partnering closely with OGC leadership
Shape training strategy, establish performance metrics, improve workflows, and ensure compliance policies are applied consistently, all while handling highly sensitive and confidential information
Qualification
Required
Significant experience in a large law firm
Leadership experience within conflicts, compliance, or new business intake
Strong law firm experience
Experience managing managers
