Answering all questions related to HealthCheck360 products, services, and programs through phone, email and chat
Assisting with tasks that may include processing Physician’s Screening Forms, participant outreaches, printing or binding, and other special projects
Providing feedback and presenting solutions to improve efficiencies and the participant experience
Support advocacy services to help members understand and utilize their benefits effectively
Qualification
Required
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to support participants through wellness programs
Experience addressing inquiries or concerns related to wellness initiatives
Ability to answer questions related to HealthCheck360 products, services, and programs through phone, email, and chat
Experience assisting with processing Physician's Screening Forms, participant outreaches, and other special projects
Ability to provide feedback and present solutions to improve efficiencies and participant experience
