Actively work front desk shifts while supervising daily operations
Lead by example with hands-on guest service and professionalism
Supervise and support front desk staff during assigned shifts
Handle guest concerns, escalations, and service recovery
Ensure brand standards, policies, and procedures are followed
Train, coach, and mentor front desk team members
Complete nightly reports and operational handoffs
Actively sell rooms, upgrades, and hotel services while on shift
Build relationships with local businesses, corporate clients, and repeat guests
Assist with group bookings, negotiated rates, and sales follow-ups
Identify opportunities to drive occupancy and revenue during assigned shifts
Support hotel sales initiatives and collaborate with management on targets
Must be willing to work evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
Schedule is designed to complement the General Manager’s hours
Flexibility and reliability are essential
Qualification
Required
Previous hotel front desk experience required
Excellent guest service and communication skills
Comfortable making decisions independently while supporting team members
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Hospitality-first mindset is a must
Must be willing to work evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
Flexibility and reliability are essential
Preferred
Supervisory experience preferred
Hospitality sales experience strongly preferred
Bilingual preferred (Spanish/English strongly desired)
