TALTRAN Global is seeking a dynamic and execution-oriented Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a newly formed blue-collar services roll-up platform. The CEO will focus on post-close integration, cultural unification, talent development, and infrastructure buildout within a high-growth, services-based environment.

Responsibilities
Define and execute the long-term vision for the platform in alignment with the private equity sponsor’s value creation plan
Translate investment thesis into operational reality through disciplined execution
Lead integration of acquired businesses, focusing on operational alignment, technology consolidation, shared services, and culture
Standardize processes, systems, and performance metrics across all entities
Drive improvements in service delivery, customer satisfaction, margin expansion, and field operations
Implement scalable systems and tools to support multi-site, multi-brand operations
Recruit and develop a high-performance corporate leadership team (e.g., COO, CFO, CHRO, Head of Integration)
Instill a performance-driven, accountable, and collaborative culture
Partner with the CFO and PE sponsor on budgeting, forecasting, KPIs, and reporting
Maintain a strong command of unit-level economics and cost discipline
Navigate and unify different operating cultures across acquired companies
Serve as the face of change and stability to frontline employees and legacy owners
Qualification
Required
Proven CEO or GM/P&L leadership experience in a multi-site, services-based, blue-collar environment (e.g., commercial HVAC, janitorial, fire/life safety, industrial services, construction subcontracting, etc.)
Demonstrated success in integrating multiple acquired businesses under a unified operating model
Deep experience building out corporate infrastructure from scratch (systems, shared services, org design)
Track record of team building and leadership development in a growing, evolving business
Strong operational and financial acumen; data-driven, with a bias for execution
Comfortable working in a high-change, fast-paced setting with limited legacy infrastructure
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills—both on the shop floor and in the boardroom
