Responsibilities
Developing and maintaining effective relationships with both internal and external relationships
Assuring Programs are performed within specific Program award budgets
That assure on time contract performance with the appropriate resources allocated to meet changing contract requirements
That assure timely production of documents, reports and program updates per specific contract reporting requirements
Develop and maintain relationship with existing and new customers - Be the face of Valcor to our customer
A clear understanding of business, accounting procedures, Quality Assurance practices, contracts, sales techniques and manufacturing procedures
A thorough understanding of engineering concepts and techniques is required

Customer Relations – Develop and maintain relationship with existing and new customers - Be the face of Valcor to our customer
A clear understanding of business, accounting procedures, Quality Assurance practices, contracts, sales techniques and manufacturing procedures
A thorough understanding of engineering concepts and techniques is required
A minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex Programs, with demonstrated financial skills and excellent communications techniques
All candidates must meet the US persons criteria
Preferred
BSME (or equivalent engineering degree)
Advanced degree (MBA or MS) and related Aerospace experience
