Administrative Account Manager

Propark Mobility is an industry leading company in the parking management sector, and they are seeking an Administrative Account Manager to assist with all aspects of operations. The role involves managing customer service, overseeing financial data entry, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

Complete required month-end reports
Handle customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues
Act as liaison between customers, staff, and management
Make meaningful recommendations for hiring employees, appraising employee productivity, and/or disciplining employees, including termination
Oversee the customer service program to ensure customer satisfaction
Assist in shuttle fleet records, preventative maintenance and repairs
Assist office manager with administrative duties
Manage cash receipts, create invoices and create ageing reports
Review and evaluate audits to ensure integrity of revenue control
Respond to operational issues when needed
Maintain regular communication with manager and other staff and assist as needed
Process cash receipts and compile bank deposits for bookkeeper revenue reports. Ensure that all deposits are accurate and properly safeguarded
Assist supervisors in handling customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues
Ensure compliance of company and client policies and procedures
Prepare reports, surveys and conduct special projects as needed

Qualification

Parking industry experienceAccounting/bookkeeping experienceCustomer service experienceMS Excel proficiencyAnalytical skillsCommunication skillsOrganizational skillsProblem-solving skills

Required

Previous parking industry experience, with a hospitality focus also being a top asset
Perform routine bookkeeping functions, ensuring timely and accurate entry of financial data
Work efficiently, effectively and accurately
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
Strong attention to details and accuracy
Hands-on experience in operating MS Excel, Office & Outlook
Minimum 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience - including managing A/R, A/P, and performing audit functions
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
Impeccable conversational and written communication skills
