Community Operations Manager, HOA

Responsibilities

Focus on ground and facilities maintenance and contract management for a large-scale HOA
Collaborate with the GM, AGM, and Grounds Committee members to ensure the community is well maintained and cared for, including routine and preventative maintenance and capital projects
Manage all maintenance contracts from beginning to end. Overseeing the RFP process, bidding, contract negotiations, vendor selection, and vendor execution
Proactive management style to maintain a high level of oversight and customer service, with excellent communication skills (written and spoken) and project management skills (attention to detail)
Interpret the Reserve Study. Ensure budgeting and expenses are in-line with the Reserve Study
Manage on-going capital projects that include paving projects, roofing projects, sidewalk repair, tree and tree root protection and cultivation
Manage Excel Reports
Other duties as assigned

Required

2+ years of Community Association Management experience is required
Service driven, Team oriented. Collaborative management style
Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.) and conflict resolution techniques
Self-directed, self-motivated, proactive, takes the initiative, and detail oriented
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at various stages of completion. Effective time management skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level
Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at a proficient level; company policies, procedures and forms

Preferred

CMCA or AMS is highly desired, or willingness to obtain, company paid
