SharePoint Developer (Financial Analysis, Associate)

Responsibilities

Manage SharePoint permissions, security groups, and user access
Add and remove users from SharePoint sites and drives
Resolve SharePoint navigation, linking, and site structure issues
Upload, organize, and maintain files in multiple formats (Excel, PDF, Word, etc.)
Troubleshoot and correct data issues to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Maintain version control and manage document histories
Run reports and reconcile financial data as needed
Analyze user-reported issues and resolve independently or coordinate with the Bureau Technology Office
Manage SharePoint site templates, libraries, and content types
Create and manage libraries, including document, form, report, and data connection libraries
Develop and maintain custom views to support user needs
Provide daily support and collaboration with internal team members and customers in a highly visible role

Required

Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on technical experience
Expert level SharePoint knowledge, including maintenance of data users and document management solutions
Expert level experience with Microsoft Excel and Database, i.e. Microsoft Access
Experience with Momentum Financial System
Experience with government budgetary/accounting data manipulation and reporting
Excellent customer service skills and ability to understand user needs to help come up with solutions
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Accounting, or IT specialties
Must be eligible to obtain Secret clearance
US Citizenship: Required
