PAID MEDIA MANAGER (CONTRACT | 25+ HOURS/WEEK)

Rebellion Group is seeking a hands-on, results-driven Paid Media Manager to support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across key digital channels. The role requires managing campaigns day-to-day, contributing strategic insights, and collaborating closely with internal teams to drive measurable results.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing media strategies aligned with client goals, target audiences, and budget considerations
Support integrated planning efforts across channels such as paid search, paid social, programmatic, and CTV
Use performance data, audience insights, and market research to inform planning and optimization decisions
Execute and manage campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Programmatic DSPs
Handle day-to-day campaign management including pacing, budget allocation, creative rotation, and optimizations
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy testing, and landing page performance analysis
Monitor performance regularly and surface insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and outcomes
Track and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, Agency Analytics, CallRail, and platform-native reporting
Contribute to recurring performance reports with clear insights, trends, and optimization recommendations
Partner with analytics and strategy team members to understand deeper performance drivers
Collaborate with account, strategy, creative, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and executed smoothly
Support client communications by helping prepare performance summaries, insights, and next-step recommendations
Clearly document campaign updates, optimizations, and learnings for internal visibility

Required

3+ years of hands-on paid media experience, preferably across search, social, or programmatic channels
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience executing and optimizing campaigns that deliver measurable performance results
Strong understanding of key paid media metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, etc.) and optimization levers
Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Looker Studio, Agency Analytics, Google Workspace and Programmatic DSP's - Stackadapt, The Trade Desk, DV360, etc

Preferred

Google Ads Certification preferred or willingness to obtain
