Responsibilities

Operate chemical separation processes during overnight shifts, ensuring accuracy and safety in all activities
Safely handle strong acids, bases, and other hazardous materials using appropriate PPE and safety protocols
Execute wet chemistry procedures and follow SOPs precisely to support critical metals separation
Monitor and adjust process conditions based on lab results and performance data
Conduct in-process sampling and testing to ensure process targets are met
Document experimental data, deviations, and observations with high attention to detail
Support troubleshooting efforts and recommend improvements to optimize separation performance
Perform routine cleaning, inspections, and maintenance of process and lab equipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment aligned with EHS standards

Qualification

Required

2+ years of hands-on experience in chemical processing, laboratory work, or industrial operations
Strong experience working with wet chemistry, including handling of strong acids and bases
Proven ability to follow SOPs and maintain strict adherence to safety and quality standards
Comfortable working a rotating overnight shift (12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed)
Familiarity with basic lab instrumentation, data collection, and documentation practices
High school diploma or equivalent required
Must be self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently during overnight hours

Preferred

Associate degree or vocational training in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field
