Responsibilities

Responsible for helping raise over $2.176 million towards our annual pledge to support PVPUSD
Create and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy to grow annual giving, major gifts, community and business partnerships, and corporate sponsorships, with a focus on attracting new donors, increasing gift size, and identifying, engaging, soliciting, and stewarding supporters
Cultivate and grow long-term donor relationships with PVPUSD school families and alumni that lead to sustained donor support
Develop, engage, and manage corporate sponsors for both PEF’s Annual Campaign and the annual Toast on the Coast fundraising event, including expanding event sponsorships and securing a title sponsor
Oversee and expand PEF’s Real Estate Honor Roll program by developing strategies, building relationships, and engaging local realtors to secure increased participation and contributions
Collaborate with the Major Donor Committee and manage a portfolio of major gift prospects through the full development cycle, from research and identification through solicitation, closing, and stewardship of $5,000 donors and above
Schedule and lead regular face-to-face meetings with donors and prospects to build relationships and successfully secure gifts
Plan and participate in donor engagement events, including the Major Donor Reception and other cultivation and stewardship activities
Identify and secure donated items and experiences for online and live fundraising auctions
Track fundraising progress, analyze results, adjust strategies as needed to meet goals, and maintain accurate donor records and reports in PEF’s database (Raiser’s Edge)
Research grant opportunities and prepare, submit, and track grant proposals to meet all deadlines
Identify, develop, and secure planned giving, endowed, and capital gifts from qualified prospects
Assume other duties as determined by the Executive Director

Record of meeting fundraising goals
Must be available for evening and weekend events

Preferred
