Program Coordinator (Treatment Court Coordinator)
The Oregon Judicial Department is seeking a Program Coordinator (Treatment Court Coordinator) to support the daily operations of the treatment court program in Hillsboro, Oregon. This role involves providing intake services, monitoring program outcomes, and facilitating communication between the court and treatment court team to ensure program effectiveness.

Responsibilities
Support the daily operations of the treatment court program
Provide intake services to new program participants
Explain the program requirements
Recommend supportive services and resources
Establish methods for evaluating compliance with program directives
Monitor program outcomes
Track data
Monitor the treatment court team’s training and technical assistance needs
Research and schedule training opportunities as needed
Prepare staffing reports and meeting agendas
Maintain program manuals
Update program participant handbooks
Develop estimates for biennial funding
Manage flex funds for program expenditures
Ensure the smooth flow of communication to ensure program effectiveness and success
Work closely with probation officers and the treatment court team to review and approve phasing and graduation applications
Monitor program participants’ progress
Make recommendations to judges about incentives, sanctions, and therapeutic interventions
Lead a variety of staff meetings and committee meetings
Hold speaking engagements to educate employers, housing providers, and agencies about our Mental Health Court and other program services
Qualification
Required
The qualified candidate must have a bachelor's degree in business or public administration, behavioral or social/human services, or a closely related field
Three (3) years of increasingly responsible technical or professional-level program experience that typically supports the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for the position
Any combination of education and experience equivalent to seven (7) years of experience that typically supports the knowledge, skills, and abilities for the position
Extensive knowledge of program development, management, and oversight
Working knowledge of performance measures
Working knowledge of qualitative and quantitative techniques for analyzing and measuring the effectiveness and efficiency of administrative programs
Experience fostering cooperative working relationships among staff, agencies, community partners, and other interested parties
Experience communicating decisions regarding the approval or denial of benefits or services and the explanation of laws, rules, or regulations
Experience developing and implementing long- and short-term goals of a program and program participants
Experience writing reports and other documents that provide analyses and recommendations
Experience and skill in public speaking and presenting to groups of various sizes
Skill in communicating effectively with others and facilitating discussions with multidisciplinary team members
Preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is preferred but not required
