Responsibilities

Deliver and facilitate training programs across adult admissions teams, including onboarding, skills development, and refresher courses
Coordinate and maintain learning resources, e-learning modules, and classroom-based materials to ensure consistent program delivery
Partner with subject matter experts to develop and update training content aligned with operational needs and organizational goals
Monitor and report on training participation, completion rates, and immediate learning outcomes
Conduct needs assessments in collaboration with team leads to identify skill gaps and operational training requirements
Support the rollout of new processes, policies, and systems by providing targeted training and reinforcement tools
Assist in the implementation of mentorship, coaching, and peer learning programs under the guidance of the Director
Continuously collect feedback from participants to improve training quality, engagement, and relevance
Ensure compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and company learning policies

Required

Bachelor's degree from a college or university in a related field
Minimum of five years of experience in learning and development, training, or related fields
