Responsibilities
Rating all paperwork to calculate revenue entry
Process interstate and intrastate orders registered via North American and/or Allied Van Lines systems
Enter revenue/expenses into our accounting system
Pay independent contractors and salespeople associated with each order
Process reoccurring storage revenue and possible monthly invoicing
Work in multiple proprietary computer programs
Confirm all order revenue is processed in the accounting month it happened
Qualification
Required
A professional, customer sensitive attitude is required
This job requires repetitive data entry...accuracy is a most
The ideal candidate will avoid time off during closing...dedicated period of 1st -5th business days of each month
Different seasons create different challenges fast paced and slow paced...knowing how to manage both
High School or equivalent + 6 months or more of related experience and/or training
Must have basic computer knowledge and be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
