Responsibilities

Lead customer deployments end-to-end, turning ambitious AI initiatives into live, adopted solutions that drive measurable business outcomes
Ensure customers launch AI solutions that actually get used and drive real business outcomes
Manage deployments to run smoothly, on time, and against clearly defined success metrics
Ensure customers leave deployment confident, excited, and ready to scale
Provide clarity, structure, and momentum to complex initiatives for internal teams
Consistently turn complexity into forward progress

Required

Experience leading technical or AI-driven SaaS implementations
