Responsibilities
Prepare, complete, and submit casino gaming license applications and renewals for staff so they can access client sites and perform implementation work
Accurately enter and verify all application data; even minor errors can cause delays or rejections
Handle confidential and sensitive information, including background details and, at times, fingerprinting-related documentation, with the highest level of discretion
Work closely with the Executive Team, Controller, and staff to gather required information and ensure timely submission of all applications
Maintain organized records and tracking for application status, deadlines, and renewals
Communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders and external parties to resolve application issues and move processes forward
Participate in planning discussions and assist in executing client engagement strategies
Work independently in an office environment and perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Extremely detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to accuracy and completeness
High ethical standards and proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Excellent technical writing and oral communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to work proactively, manage deadlines, and prioritize tasks with minimal oversight
Ability to work full-time, in-office
Ability to pass stringent background investigations
