This position will be responsible for the support of company-wide document control as part of Quality Systems, assisting in maintaining documents and records in compliance with regulations and international standards.

Responsibilities

Scanning documents and use DocuWare software as the repository
Filing hard copies
Communicating any missing documents, files, issues to Document Control team
Regular and predictable work performance
Strong organizational skills
Ability to communicate effectively (both verbal and written)
Ability to work independently
Ability to make decisions and use good judgment
Ability to collaborate and work successfully with others
Additional duties as assigned

Qualification

Required

Strong computer/data entry and communication skills with an emphasis on attention to details
Ability to use a copier/scanner
Scanning documents and use DocuWare software as the repository
Filing hard copies
Communicating any missing documents, files, issues to Document Control team

Ability to communicate effectively (both verbal and written)
Ability to work independently
Ability to make decisions and use good judgment

Ability to stand for long periods of time
