Responsibilities
Organize and process claims into our database, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Maintain accurate records of all claims and invoices processed
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to claims and billing
Support a streamlined process for efficient and accurate billing
Work closely with internal team members to resolve billing issues and ensure timely reimbursement for Talkspace
Communicate effectively with team members and other departments
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or related work-experience
Experience with electronic claims processing and/or billing software
Proficient in Google Suite
Preferred
2+ years of experience in billing and accounting is preferred
Healthcare experience, experience with medical billing codes and terminology is preferred
