Responsibilities
Lead the analysis of clinical biomarker data by developing and executing exploratory biomarker analysis plans (genetics, proteomics, RNA‑seq/single-cell, imaging), including pre-specification of hypotheses, endpoints, and statistical methodologies
Support clinical development programs by ensuring exploratory biomarker results, analyses and deliverables meet project timelines and regulatory-grade expectations, if applicable (data integrity, traceability, documentation)
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (Clinical, Research, Biostats) to perform (hands-on) and/or direct multi-omics data analyses and integration across various domains and apply best-in-class algorithms to directly address the motivating biological and clinical questions
Drive innovation by applying advanced bioinformatics, data science, machine learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) methods to interrogate high-dimensional datasets, enabling mechanism-of-action insights, drug response biomarkers, and data-driven patient stratification
Effectively lead bioinformatics CRO relationships by developing work plans, fostering efficient communication and ensuring high-quality deliverables
Translate complex findings into clear narratives for clinical teams, governance and external audiences (posters/manuscripts)
Develop and scale the translational bioinformatics and AI platform and strategy, building a lean, high-impact team and external network to support future pipeline growth
