Review reports to ensure appropriate account locking
Makes and receives calls to members regarding delinquent checking accounts and loans, taking action to bring current
Assists in documentation on collection activities, including insurance and total loss files
Qualification
Required
One to three years of similar or related experience
High school education or GED
