Responsibilities
Lead day‑to‑day crew operations on assigned projects
Coordinate manpower, materials, and subcontractors
Ensure work is installed according to plans, specs, and code
Maintain jobsite safety and enforce company standards
Partner closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to keep schedules and budgets on track
Provide daily/weekly jobsite updates and documentation
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as an Electrical Foreman (or strong Journeyman ready for the next step)
Background in commercial, institutional, or public sector electrical work
Ability to plan ahead, solve problems, and lead crews effectively
Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
