Responsibilities
Develop strategic master test plans, schedules, and other required test execution documentation
Prepare supporting test planning products and coordinate analysis activities within an IPT forum
Coordinate test venues, test assets, and participants across the DOD test community
Apply technical expertise to assess test range, weapon system, or technology project readiness for testing
Support test execution events
Prepare and report pre/post test data to government customers. Advise senior government personnel on test readiness
Qualification
Required
12+ years of experience in weapon system development and test engineering that supports responsibilities as described above
Demonstrated ability to work independently with high-level guidance
Exceptional communication skills
Bachelor's Degree Required (Math, Engineering, or Related Science degree. Other degrees considered if candidate has directly relevant experience)
Experience in planning and testing of cruise, ballistic, and/or hypersonic vehicles
Active Secret Clearance is required
15% travel is required
