Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
Maintain expert-level knowledge of precious metals retail products and market trends
Execute client orders using discretion and judgment
Oversee and ensure prompt processing of abnormal or complex orders
Serve as the go-to expert on product, inventory, and shipment questions
Assist and represent clients through the entire purchase and liquidation order lifecycle
Assist with daily business operations and ad hoc responsibilities
Travel occasionally (less than 10%)
All other duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required

Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office
Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities

Highly detail-oriented, dependable, and ethical
Preferred
Some college coursework preferred
Experience in non-commissioned sales and or customer service
Finance market knowledge beneficial but not required
