Manufacturing Engineer

They are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their Hypersonics Integration team, responsible for reading mechanical drawings, creating bills of materials, and providing floor support for integration and assembly efforts.

Responsibilities
Capable of reading and interpreting mechanical/integration drawings
Understand the working nature of MRP/ERP systems
Create a bill of materials based on drawings and specs
Create and maintain standardized work instructions based on drawing and specification reviews
Provide floor support for integration, test, and assembly efforts
Work closely with the design, quality and manufacturing teams
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Industrial and Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, etc, or equivalent Engineering Technology degree with 4-8 years of applicable engineering experience or a Master's Degree with 2-6 years prior relevant experience in an engineering field is required
Must be capable of performing in a collaborative engineering environment working closely with multi-disciplinary teams
Candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Office Products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
Candidate must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area
Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance or meet the eligibility requirements to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance
